REFUND POLICY
At Cookinwitcort, we understand that life happens and plans can change. Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible while also covering the costs and preparation that go into each event.
1. DEPOSITS
Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied as a credit toward a future event if you reschedule.
2.C Cancellations
More than 14 days before event: We’ll refund any payments made beyond the deposit.
7-14 days before event: A 50% refund of the total catering fee will be issued.
Less than 7 days before event: Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund due to the food, planning, and staffing already in place.
3. Rescheduling
We’re happy to work with you to reschedule your event when possible. Deposits can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
4. Order Changes
Guest count and menu details should be finalized at least [7–10 days] before the event.
We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but additional costs may apply.
5. Special Circumstances
If unexpected events outside of anyone’s control occur (such as extreme weather, emergencies, or venue issues), we’ll work with you to find a fair solution — whether that means rescheduling or applying your deposit as a credit for a future booking.
